If you contact Prosperanta through this website, we may receive your name, email address, company, role, selected service, and any company-size, revenue-range, hiring, challenge, preparation, or message details you choose to provide.

We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry and, when appropriate, arrange a business conversation. Please do not submit account credentials, payment details, or other sensitive personal information through the form.

Email and service providers

When you submit the form, the information is sent by email through Resend to Prosperanta's inquiry inbox. The website does not store form submissions in a website database. The email and related messages may remain in the inbox and email provider systems. The website does not set a fixed deletion period for those messages.

This website also uses Vercel to deliver and protect the site and Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page use. Vercel says its Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies and discards its visitor session hash after 24 hours. The hosting, email, security, and analytics providers process information as needed to provide their services. Retention and privacy requests

The website does not define a fixed retention period for inquiry emails. If you would like Prosperanta to locate or delete an inquiry you submitted, email hello@prosperanta.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required or permitted by law.
